Extreme Customer Care (ECC), takes Remote Maintenance and Service one step further by adding unlimited on-site support.  If we can't solve a problem remotely, we dispatch an engineer to solve your problem on site at no additional cost to you.

 

Inclusive of the 24 x 7 monitoring, update and patch management that comes with Guardian Monitor, and the unlimited remote diagnosis and service included with Remote Maintenance and Service, ECC includes unlimited on-site diagnosis and repair of problems we identify and those reported by users.
