About our Founder:  Bill Billand

President & CEO

Bill grew up and currently resides, in Morris County NJ.

He is married and the proud father of a daughter and son who are within a few years of starting careers of their own.

 

An avid outdoors man who enjoys boating, camping and hiking in the Adirondack Mountains.  When Bill's not in the mountains you’ll often find him pursuing one of his many other passions which include, restoring classic muscle cars, outdoor photography, coaching youth football or producing video for the local high school’s “School of Rock” program.

 

Working his way through school as a mason while attending college Bill attended  the local community college then The Chubb Institute, graduating in the early 1980’s.

 

Immediately upon graduation he was snapped up by a young and very dynamic computer company, “The Ultimate Corp”, where over the next 10 years he worked his way from Support Technician to Data Communications Manager to Internal MIS Manager then finally Director of Technical Support and Executive Technical Liaison.

 

“Cutting my teeth in a company as dynamic and fast moving as the Ultimate Corp was instrumental in MTS becoming the company it is today” says Bill.  “In addition to keeping up with the never-ending advances in the computing industry, we had to quickly identify which were beneficial and how to leverage them for the benefit of our clients.  Then we had to articulate all the technical benefits to a business community that had only recently been exposed to business computing.”  “So other than having a much more computer-savvy clientele, nothing has changed!”

About Rob Gosselin:

VP Technical Coordination

Rob 's the one who keeps everything running smoothly.  He's involved in every aspect of service delivery from matching service requests to talent,  response time management & escalation to new technology evaluation and integration.

Favorite Past Time: Watching College Football

 

Rob graduated from Rhode Island College in 2001 with a degree in Computer Science.

 

  While in college, Rob worked full time as a Veterinary Technician doing everything from Assisting in Surgeries to Routine Vaccinations.  Rob also worked in a Middle School for 2 years while in college. His task included performing desktop maintenance and server maintenance and routine break/fix.  Rob started with MTS in November of 2001 and has been here ever since.

 

  Rob is married with two beautiful little girls. Rob enjoys spending time with his family and friends and watching College football on Saturdays.  Rob’s favorite past time includes going on road trips with his wife and kids.  Among his favorites are Tennessee, Indiana, Georgia, and North Carolina.

About Lori Dizinno:

Office Manager Extrodinare'

Officially "Office Manager", but honestly Client Advocate.

 

Many times Lori is the first person to interface with our clients.   We like say "Lori cares more for our clients than they do for them selves"  Among her other duties she works closely with Rob to ensure all requests are addressed as quickly as possible.  A real client advocate.

Favorite food:           Porterhouse steak with Béarnaise sauce

 

Favorite team:           NY Jets

 

Favorite saying:        Be the kind of woman that when your feet hit he floor in the morning, the devil says "Oh Crap! She’s Up!”

 

Favorite past time: Camping and traveling

 

Lori graduated high school in the early 80’s and while working she went to school and received her real estate license. Before she joined MTS in 2005, she spent many years working for a major consumer products company in New York where she had the opportunity to work for top level executives. She enjoyed a very diverse position which included being able to travel with, and for, the company.

 

Lori enjoys spending time with her family and friends, especially when she and her family get together for “friendly competitions” of bowling! She loves camping, traveling and anything Disney!

She also volunteers her time for a local animal rescue organization.

 

Lori has been married for almost 29 years and has one son who is in college and is excited to start his new career.

About Sean Hagens:

Senior Network Engineer

With more than 15 yeas experience; from simple servers to complex Hyper-v  & virtual server environments Sean's can handle it all.

Sean graduated from Dover Business College in 2001.

 

Sean started his IT career as a Customer Support Representative at Advance Web Creation before the company moved out of state. To further his education attended Dover Business College. Following graduation he started as a Product Support Specialist with Baker and Taylor. Later, switching positions within the company and become a PC Support Technician.

 

He can be found at the gym or on the softball field.

You can also find him working on home improvements, riding his mountain bike, coaching little league baseball and just playing with his dogs in his yard.

 

Sean is married with 4 kids. 2 Grandchildren and 3 dogs.

Favorite team:  Pittsburgh Steelers

 

Favorite saying: We are not here for a long-time but a good-time

 

Favorite past time: Playing softball

About Brandon Ferris:

Senior Network Engineer

If your backup failed or your antivirus protection is out of date, (or any number of other bad things happen at your office) Brandon is the one who makes sure that situation is short lived.

Brandon is just about the happiest person I've ever met.

He's a blast to work with!.

Favorite food: Tacos

 

Favorite team: New York Rangers

 

Favorite saying: “Let your anger be as a monkey in a piñata; hiding amongst the candy, hoping the kids don't break through with the stick!”

 

Favorite past time: Enjoying time with family and friends.

 

Brandon has been working for MTS since August ’14.

Prior to this he was the sole Systems Administrator for the US branch of an international manufacturing company.

He’s been working in IT for most of his adult life in varying different capacities, and couldn’t see himself doing anything else.

 

Brandon is a tech-head through and through. He loves building and upgrading custom PCs and tinkering with his home network.

 

When he’s not doing something with his PC, he’s an avid reader, classic and contemporary literature alike. He’s a scotch enthusiast, a terrible golfer, and loves to travel.

 

More than anything else though, he loves ice-hockey, and watching the New York Rangers play.

 

Brandon lives alone, with a kegerator he loves very much.
